Full wedding amenities included

The following amenities are included with our Full Wedding Packages. Specialized package amenities vary. Please see the U & Me Elopement Getaway and Happily Ever After Reception descriptions for their specific inclusions.

Venue & Reception Spaces — 1,600 sq. ft. climate-controlled Studio Warehouse with an additional 1,200 sq. ft. open-air patio, indoor or outdoor dance floor, café lights indoors & outdoors, oversized fire pit and complimentary parking near ceremony & reception areas.

Ceremony Options — Multiple ceremony sites throughout the property with your choice of crosses, arches or arbors, plus setup of your ceremony space.

Bridal Suite & Groom’s Cottage — Furnished Bridal Suite with private bathroom entrance, multiple makeup mirrors & full-length dressing mirror; Groom’s Cottage with sofas, patio, kitchen, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, surround sound & outdoor games.

Tables, Seating & Reception Setup — Folding chairs, farm tables, gift/cake tables and Mr. & Mrs. table, plus reception seating setup, breakdown & cleanup.

Extensive Décor Collection — Florals & greenery, boho accents, furniture, signs, linens, rugs, candles, table markers, chargers, baskets, vintage suitcases & cameras, plus specialty items for detail photos and so much more — all at no extra cost.

Kitchen, Bar & Serving Amenities — Dedicated kitchen prep area with commercial double sink, refrigerator & stainless-steel prep table; custom-made bar, stocked coffee maker & bar, serving utensils, drink dispensers, charcuterie boards, cake/dessert stands, chafing dishes, crystal dishes & everything needed for serving.

Entertainment & Comfort — Outdoor games including cornhole, horseshoes, dominoes, Jenga, Connect Four & volleyball; Wi-Fi, Apple TV and surround sound with Bluetooth connectivity, plus 2 propane heaters for colder weather.

Property & Photography Access — Access to the entire property for wedding portraits before & after your ceremony and reception.

Transportation — Golf cart transportation for the bridal party and guests with mobility needs.

Vendors — Bring your own insured vendors or choose from our list of preferred vendors.

On-Site Support — Sanctuaire Atelier employees onsite to help your wedding day go smoothly.
